What counts as an email?
Each message sent via the API counts as one email. Batch sends count per recipient. Webhook deliveries, tracking pixels, and template renders do not count.
Do broadcast emails count against my limit?
Yes. Broadcasts share the same monthly quota as transactional email — each recipient counts as one email. They run through a separate broadcast stream, so a large campaign never delays your receipts and resets.
What about dedicated IPs?
Available as a $30/month add-on on Growth and Scale. Managed pools are auto-provisioned and warmed by AWS; enterprise customers can request standard dedicated pools for full reputation isolation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are prorated. No lock-in, no contracts.
Can AI agents send through emitd?
